The platform supports multi-currency, multi-language, and local tax compliance for all major markets including the UK, USA, Singapore, UAE, New Zealand, South Africa, and more. Most businesses are live within 1–3 business days for the POS and Inventory editions. eCommerce storefronts typically take 5–10 days depending on catalogue size and customisation needs. Enterprise deployments follow a structured implementation plan with a dedicated project manager — timelines are agreed upon in your SLA.

No. AUSPOS is designed to be set up by non-technical users. Our guided onboarding wizard, video tutorials, and live chat support are available throughout setup. For the Enterprise Suite, a dedicated implementation specialist handles the technical configuration and data migration for you.

Yes. AUSPOS provides CSV/Excel import tools for products, customers, and historical data. We support direct migration from Square, Lightspeed, Shopify, WooCommerce, and major ERP systems. Our team can assist with large or complex data migrations at no extra charge on Enterprise plans.

Yes. The Retail POS edition includes a full offline mode. Sales, payments, and digital receipts continue working without internet connectivity. All transactions are queued locally and sync automatically and instantly when your connection is restored. There is no data loss and no manual reconciliation required.

AUSPOS includes native integrations with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and Sage for automatic reconciliation, invoice syncing, and tax reporting. Transactions, refunds, and adjustments flow directly into your accounting system without manual entry. Custom integrations to other accounting or ERP platforms are available on the Enterprise plan.

The Retail POS edition supports up to 3 store locations. The Inventory SaaS edition supports up to 5 warehouses. The eCommerce SaaS edition supports unlimited SKUs and user accounts. The Enterprise Suite supports unlimited stores, warehouses, users, and brands with no additional per-location fees.

Yes. All editions include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to the full feature set during the trial. After 14 days, choose a plan or your data is securely retained for 30 days in case you decide to return.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled or changed at any time with no penalty. Annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund policy within 30 days of billing. You can upgrade or downgrade between editions at any time and only pay the difference. There are no lock-in contracts on standard plans.

No. AUSPOS does not charge any transaction fees on sales processed through the platform. Your subscription fee is the only AUSPOS cost. Standard payment gateway fees from providers like Stripe, PayPal, and EFTPOS processors apply separately (these are not charged by AUSPOS).

AUSPOS is built to enterprise security standards. We are SOC 2 Type II certified, PCI-DSS compliant, and GDPR-ready. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). The platform includes role-based access control, full audit logging, and two-factor authentication. Enterprise plans add SSO, IP whitelisting, and custom data residency options.

By default, data is stored in Australia (Sydney region) on AWS infrastructure. Enterprise customers can select their preferred data residency region, including the UK, EU, Singapore, or USA. All regions meet local data sovereignty requirements. Backups are taken every 6 hours with point-in-time recovery available.
